A4 Document Storage Tube — FAQ's

What size documents does the A4 tube hold?

Designed for documents, drawings and prints up to A4 size (210 x 297mm). Internal dimensions 220mm length, 45mm diameter — the narrowest tube in our range, suited to single sheets and small quantities of rolled certificates or prints.

How does the screw-split opening work?

The tube splits 50/50 at the midpoint via a screw thread, so contents stay supported throughout rather than sliding out from one open end as with cap-and-tube designs.

Are the ends sealed?

Yes — both ends are sealed as part of the moulded tube. There are no separate caps to lose; the screw-split at the midpoint is the only opening.

What are the pack & pallet quantities for the A4 tube?

Pack quantity: 170 units. Pallet quantity: 1,700 units (10 packs).

How do mixed pallet orders work?

Mixed product pallets qualify for pallet prices on all items provided the pallet is full. For mixed pallet orders, email contact@westonboxes.com and we'll ensure you receive the best available pricing.

How do I apply for a trade credit account?

To set up a trade credit account, UK business customers can email contact@westonboxes.com with company details and order requirements. Subject to a successful credit check, orders can be dispatched with an invoice payable on 30-day terms — with the exception of your first order.

When is payment required?

Payment before dispatch is required for first time orders and all orders to businesses outside of the UK.
