What is the difference between the DL TOUGH box and the standard DL box?

Same dimensions and drop-on lid design — the difference is the material. The DL TOUGH box uses high-impact grade polypropylene, offering significantly improved resistance to cracking in heavy use scenarios. Opaque white, not clear transparent.

What are the pack & pallet quantities for the heavy duty DL box?

Pack quantity: 100 units. Pallet quantity: 1,200 units (12 packs).

What makes the heavy duty DL box better suited to demanding environments?

The DL TOUGH box is the right choice wherever boxes are handled roughly or used intensively — print rooms, mail rooms, workshops and anywhere boxes are stacked, moved frequently or loaded with heavier contents. Standard grade polypropylene can crack under this kind of use; the high-impact TOUGH grade is significantly more resistant.

How do mixed pallet orders work?

Mixed product pallets qualify for pallet prices on all items provided the pallet is full. For mixed pallet orders, email contact@westonboxes.com and we'll ensure you receive the best available pricing.

How do I apply for a trade credit account?

To set up a trade credit account, UK business customers can email contact@westonboxes.com with company details and order requirements. Subject to a successful credit check, orders can be dispatched with an invoice payable on 30-day terms — with the exception of your first order.

When is payment required?

Payment before dispatch is required for first time orders and all orders to businesses outside of the UK.
