Trade Order FAQ's

On this website you can buy WestonBoxes in bulk at trade prices. All prices shown on this site are exclusive of VAT and shipping charges. These are added at the checkout based on your location.

Q. Will I be charged for shipping?

A. Yes. Shipping charges will be calculated based on your shipping address and added at the checkout stage. Shipping is charged on all trade orders.

Q. Will I be charged UK VAT?

A. If your shipping address is in the UK then you will be charged UK VAT @ 20%. This charge will be added at the checkout. If your shipping address is outside the UK then we will not charge you UK VAT. You will be required to pay VAT but it will be charged at your local rate as part of the import customs process when the shipment reaches your region. We do not collect VAT on orders leaving the UK.

Q. Can I get a VAT invoice?

A. You will receive an order confirmation email with a link to print or download your VAT invoice. If you need an old invoice, login to your account where you will find your past orders with the option to print or download the VAT invoices.

Q. Can I get credit on the website?

A. No. If you have a credit account and wish to continue ordering with credit please contact us at to place your order. All web orders require an upfront payment.

Q. Can I open a credit account?

A. Email with the details of the product that you would like to order and your full company details including shipping address. We will run a credit check and on approval may offer you a credit account. You will be required to pay for your first order before dispatch.

Q. I have previously ordered online. Do I have a credit account?

A. No. We have two ordering systems, one is our e-commerce websites, the other is our database of credit account customers who order over the phone or via email. Web orders always require an upfront payment. See above for details on opening a credit account.

Q. Can I pay in Euros?

A. Yes. Select your region from the country selection dropdown menu at the top of the page and our website will convert to your local currency.

Q. Why was I asked to create an account?

A. When you create an account, or, the first time you place an order at, you are required to enter and save your billing and shipping and contact details. This allows you to login next time and recall your order history, shipping and billing details and allows you to view and print past orders and invoices. We do not keep a record of your payment card details.

Q. I ordered before on your retail site, will my account be transferred to the trade website?

A. No, our trade website runs on a different system so you will have to enter your details again. Any order history that you have built up on our retail site will not be transferred.
