If you wish to return your items for a refund, your order must not be more than 28 days old, and your items must be unused and in their original packaging. Below are the most common reasons given by our customers when requesting returns:
Q. My boxes arrived broken what should I do?
A. Email a photo to contact@westonboxes.com — we always refund or replace items broken in transit.
Q. I’ve received the wrong items what should I do?
A. If you receive the wrong items we will offer them to you at a discounted rate or arrange a return collection at our expense. The correct product will be shipped to you free of charge.
Q. I’ve received my items but no longer want them, what should I do?
If you have items that you wish to return within 28 days and no error has been made by us, we expect you to arrange and pay the return shipping charge. Once we receive the product back at S.B.Weston, in re-sellable condition we will action a full refund of the original order which will be applied via your original payment method.
EU customers — your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order for any reason, without needing to give a reason, for 14 days after your items are delivered. This is separate from, and in addition to, the standard returns process above — for EU orders we apply a 30-day window rather than 28, so you have more time than the legal minimum.
To exercise this right, log in to your account and select Cancel items on the relevant order. You’ll be asked to confirm your request, and we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a cancellation directly. If it has already been delivered, you can request a return in the same way, and once the items are back with us in re-sellable condition we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
